3. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities

Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

Follow aftercare instructions provided

Understand that maintenance and results require proper care

Spoiled by Beauty is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled through our booking system.

Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of deposits and/or cancellation of services.

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or refuse service at our discretion.

5. Payments

All payments are due in full before or at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms.

You authorize Spoiled by Beauty to charge the payment method provided at the time of booking or purchase.

6. No-Refund Policy
