Spoiled by Beauty is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or issues resulting from product use, improper application, or personal sensitivities. We recommend patch testing when using new hair or skin products.

 💰 Payment & Refund Policy

 All products must be paid in full before shipping or delivery.

• Deposits are required to secure hair appointments and class bookings.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• If you do not show up for your hair appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you must rebook with a new deposit.
• For traveling loctician classes, if you do not show up or do not pay your remaining balance at the time of class, you will not receive a refund.
• No refunds will be given for full class payments if you do not attend.

 🛍️ Shipping & Delivery

All physical products (such as press-on nails, lashes, chapstick, and hair oil) are final sale. We do not accept returns, and Spoiled by Beauty is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.
